The Trust is funded through income from a river management service
charge on all rateable properties in the catchment.
Sydney Water bills and collects the river management
service charge for the Trust. This is the most cost efficient method
as Sydney Water already bills and collects its own charges from
property owners within the catchment and includes the Trust service
charges on its accounts.
