Summary
This study collected and systematically recorded details
of all known flooding and trunk drainage problems in the catchment
and possible solutions; soon after the Trust was established. An
objective and regularly updated procedure for ranking outstanding
problems and solutions was also developed at that time. This procedure
has been used by the Trust ever since to select works and studies
to be included in the Trust's annual works program and budget.
